Refund policy

Any issues with products or requests for refunds for damage to products during transit ordered through the suggested companies in the eager beever printing shop should be directed to your supplier and the company you have ordered your product through we do not offer refunds for products ordered through these companies but we will try and resolve the issue if you have no response from the supplier, any issues with artwork and photography downloads will be dealt with immediately on request and we will do our upmost to resolve any issues although as of yet we have had no issues with our download system or the downloads themselves please contact us with any issues.
